I purchased one of your sushi makers at Pirongia Market last weekend and,,,,,,,WOW, love it to bits!!! You are clever, clever people!! It’s certainly the easiest method I’ve ever used and I love the modern square look of my finished product. I haven’t bothered with trying to put extra rice down the sides, preferring the ‘stacked’ effect that we get just by layering rice etc. Gosh I also love that I can get heaps of filling in there and still produce a solid piece of sushi that won’t fall apart. So good on you guys for making such a simple, effective and beautifully crafted natural piece, its well worth the $40 I paid. My thanks and kindest regards, Chris – Hamilton

Went camping with set up volunteers for pathways to manhood, a right of passage program for teenagers. Kids helped me with the kitchen & when I said were making sushi for lunch, yum was the answer. After 2 1/2 hours we had enough sushi for 25 people and 4 competent teenage with the experience of making sushi. I used the opportunity to teach them food handling hygiene, kitchen safety and composting. Their parents were thrilled with the teenagers being entertained and they felt proud & empowered to be acknowledged for contributing to the food. As a diabetic & high cholesterol sufferer, I adore my brown rice sushi. The sushi king makes producing sushi a breeze. Well done.
